Welcome to greenflag.lol! By accessing or using the greenflag app ("App") and services ("Services"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

By using or downloading the App from the App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Ownership and License
greenflag retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App. You do not own the App upon downloading it. By subscribing to our Services, you gain access to certain features, such as unlimited screenshot uploading, for a weekly fee of $4.99.

3. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscribers will be charged $4.99 weekly for premium features. All payments are non-refundable.

4. Data Collection and Use
We collect personal data such as your name, phone number, and payment information to provide and improve our services. We also collect non-personal data through cookies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy here for more details.

5. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the phone number provided.
